Jay Warner is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, he was a Senior Manager of mergers, acquisitions, and strategy at NCR Corporation, a transaction technology company serving the financial, retail, and hospitality industries. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey covering the energy industry. Jay graduated from Wake Forest University with a major in finance and minor in global trade and commerce.
