Christopher Marshall is first year MBA student at The Wharton School, majoring in Real Estate. During the prior summer, Chris interned for the New York City Economic Development Corporation on their Real Estate Transaction Services team. Prior to Wharton, Chris served as an associate at CWCapital, where he focused on work-out resolutions for defaulted commercial mortgages and negotiating loan terms and covenants for new mortgage issuance. Before joining CWCapital, Chris was an Investment Sales Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group. Chris graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and is concurrently pursuing a Master of City Planning from PennDesign.
