Michael Jerbich is a partner in A&G Realty’s Chicago office. Jerbich is best known for his creative deal making and ability to facilitate M&A transactions on behalf of retailers. He has structured and guided some of the leading U.S. retailers, such as Dollar Tree, Anna’s Linens, Aldo, and others in the acquisition of hundreds of leases as part of his clients’ respective growth strategies.

In addition to facilitating M&A activity, Jerbich specializes in retail turnarounds where real estate and renegotiating leases are crucial to a company’s success. Over his career, he has achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for his clients. Jerbich is actively involved in the A&G equity business and is responsible for deploying capital in situations where it is needed to create liquidity, "fix a problem" or assist in acquisitions. He has worked for some of the largest, most well-known retailers in the country, including Linens-n-Things, Shopko, Pamida, Sharper Image, Dollar Tree, Blockbuster, and Loehman’s.

Prior to joining A&G Realty Partners, Jerbich was a Senior Managing Director for DJM Realty for 6 years. Before that, he was a Vice President at Hilco Real Estate. Jerbich is also the President and Founder of Yhim, a not-for-profit organization that looks to celebrate life by raising funds and building awareness for much needed cancer research year-round, focusing its efforts around Fathers’ Day weekend. He is also a Member of the Board of Directions of HFS Scholars, an organization that provides educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged Chicago inner-city kids, and is a 15-year volunteer and Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
