Jesse DelConte has over 14 years of restructuring and financial advisory experience across numerous industry sectors, including technology, energy, retail, automotive, business and industrial services, manufacturing and airlines. He has provided interim management and advisory services to debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, investor groups, unions and trustees in both in-court and out-of-court situations. Jesse has experience in all areas of the restructuring process including plan negotiations, cash flow modeling, business plan development, due diligence, valuation, financial planning, bankruptcy reporting and sale of assets.

Jesse recently advised global technology company Avaya in its successful restructuring of over $6 billion in indebtedness. He also recently advised Sabine Oil & Gas, where he was responsible for providing internal operational direction regarding the company’s Chapter 11 process, and serving as the primary point of contact for parties in interest. He led many aspects of the restructuring, including cash flow forecasting, business plan development, Chapter 11 preparation, and other operational work streams. Other notable company assignments include Milagro Exploration, Kerzner International and Patton Boggs.

Jesse has also advised various lender constituencies, including the 1st lien lenders of Orchard Supply Hardware, the 2nd lien lenders of Merrill Corp., the stakeholders of a $400 million global automotive supplier, the senior secured lender group for Wastequip and other creditor groups. These assignments have primarily been representations of fulcrum lender groups that have been able to drive the restructuring process, where Jesse has focused on performing an operational review and structuring a comprehensive balance sheet restructuring.

Prior to Zolfo Cooper, Jesse worked at Seneca Financial Group on a number of restructuring matters, including Seitel, Northwestern Corp., Northwest Airlines and GB Holdings.
